Welcome to the contract division, a division that allows us to work with clients in designing and creating products that we believe elevate the spaces they would later occupy. The contract division consists of a four-step process that ensures extensive consideration and delivery of the projects we design for our clients with ease. With a new addition to our system of an online submission form, it allows us to jump right into the project with a better understanding.

Step 1
Understanding the
project needs
Getting a clear understanding of the project needs is the first and most crucial step in the process of getting to the desired product outcome. Phase one of this process begins with the collection of all preliminary information through our online submission form below. The more concise and detailed the information provided, the better we can execute.

Preliminary
design process
Having reviewed and finalized a concise project brief with our client, we then proceed to the second phase, which is the preliminary design phase. The preliminary design phase consists of working with the project brief to curate concepts and initial designs that would satisfy the design brief. At this phase, we are in full collaboration with our client and where many of the significant design decision take place.

Step 3
Executive
design process
Having concluded phase two of the process and solidifying the concept together with our client, we proceed to phase three with executive designs of the concept. The executive designs are detailed and technical aspects of the design of which we would embark on together with our client’s input every step of the way. At this stage, we would be proving the concepts and feasibility of the project to ensure we have a reliable product result. Through the executive design process, we would arrive at a final design that would consist of all required technical information for the project.
Step 4
Delivery
Ultimately, we arrive at the delivery phase of the contract division process, where we make sure all requirements of the design brief attained. Any final adjustments required are finalized and ready for revision together with our client. Upon written confirmation of satisfaction by the client, we present to the client the final designs of the products for the next phase of bringing them to life.
*At the current moment, we don’t work with the manufacturing of the product internally. However, we are available to our clients with advice, foreseeing, and supervising the project realization phase every step of the way.
